Pinal County Woman Arrested for Threatening Sheriff Mark Lamb

pcso
In a recent development in Pinal County, Arizona, authorities have apprehended Hannah Luna for her involvement in a series of threats directed at Sheriff Mark Lamb and others. Luna's conduct, which spanned several months, included sending menacing emails and social media posts that targeted the sheriff and at least one other family.

The case against Luna includes evidence of a particularly disturbing image she posted on social media, showing Sheriff Lamb with a doctored bullet hole in his head. This explicit threat raised immediate concern within the Pinal County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) about the potential for violence.

Luna's threatening behavior extended beyond the sheriff. Despite being served with an order of protection in August 2023, she sent a threatening email to another individual, which was a clear violation of the order. Luna's actions further escalated when she sent an email containing a threatening image of this individual's minor daughter. The situation worsened when the victim's wife reported a social media post from Luna, bizarrely advertising their child for sale.

The victims, citing the increasing severity and violent nature of Luna's threats, expressed concern that she might have the means to carry out her threats. This fear led to Luna's arrest on charges of aggravated harassment, threatening, and tampering. During her arrest, Luna denied any access to the internet or electronic devices.

Complicating her legal situation, official documents revealed that Luna had an outstanding arrest warrant in Coolidge and had previously violated court orders. She had also failed to appear in court for other cases.

This case highlights the serious nature of online threats and the importance of law enforcement's role in addressing such threats to protect public officials and citizens alike.
